Rainbow Bridge Connection's goal is to give life to our Mission and Vision through:
Counseling services are designed specifically toward the normal life cycle challenges of individuals, couples and families.
Rainbow Bridge Connection provides critical social and advocacy services to the entire Hampton Roads community with special outreach to LGBTQI elders and the Gender Non Conforming community who are often marginalized even within the LGBTQI community. Counseling services are provided on a sliding scale fee.
Rainbow Bridge Connection in providing advocacy for LGBTQI elders provides social opportunities to avoid isolation, assess home health care, assisted living and residential care facilities.
Rainbow Bridge Connection provides training and education to care givers on the special needs of elder LGBTIQ persons.
As the Hampton Roads community becomes both younger and older, Rainbow Bridge Connection does outreach to the entire community by collaborating and leveraging the strengths of all the Hampton Roads organizations.

Rainbow Bridge Connection is a 501(c)(3) (pending), non profit organization dedicated to enhancing, motivating and empowering the lives of the Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender, Gender Nonconforming, Questioning and Intersexed - LGBTGQI Communities and their families.
Mission:
Rainbow Bridge Connection is dedicated to fulfilling a diversity of human social needs to the Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender, Gender Variant, Questioning and Intersexed communities, their families and their friends by improving their quality of life and assisting in empowering individuals, families and friends.
Rainbow Bridge Connection emphasizes its works through individual, family and group counseling, advocacy, family services and elder services and programming.
Rainbow Bridge Connection's Non-discrimination Policy
